| Siobhan has an interesting story to tell us about how she became a paralegal: |
|
| "The other day I stumbled across a letter that I had written to myself as a
high school assignment. Across the top was the missive: “YOU BETTER HAVE GONE
TO LAW SCHOOL, SIOBHAN!” It brought a smile to my face. The legal profession
has always been a part of my life (my father was a former ALJ; my brother is a
prosecutor, my mother worked for years at a firm.) At the ripe old age of 18, I
was sure that law school was where I should be…. well, not quite. |

"This career paralegal was born in Durham, New Hampshire, and was surrounded by
six siblings in Texas. I attended the University of Texas at Austin, was
married in 1990, and moved to the Washington, DC area. I earned my Paralegal
Certificate at the University of Maryland - University College where I
graduated magna cum laude, with a BS in Paralegal Studies. I also was a member
of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. |

| "While at school, I worked in accounting positions. The financial analysis
background has proven to be extremely helpful in my career. When I graduated
from Maryland, I decided to leave the number crunching in exchange for Blue
Booking. The firm supported me completely. I simply cannot say enough about the
